The Prosies have a new home
Back in about 2004, Okelle got all lazy and jumped over to a hosted content management solution with neat security features and a goat for a mascot. For entries after May of 2004, please see here: http://okelle.livejournal.com

Please note that some entries are locked to friends and subsets of friends. If you wish to get the deep and juicy secrets, you'll need to sign up for a Livejournal account and convince Okelle that you're wicked cool and somewhat discreet. 'Cause, you know, the Dooce phenomenon is real.

Otherwise, you'll just end up reading some silliness like this.

About the Old Prosies
The Prosies bed was not a blog. It was something more formal than that. I keep a pen-and-paper diary, and that one contains my confessional-type secrets and the maudlin crappy details of my life that make so many blogs so boring.

The Prosies bed was more like a bed of seedlings, just sprouting out of the soil. Some of them will not survive, but in their infant stages they give a promise of what will come.
